Pepsi Marinated Chicken Breast Meal

Here’s a simple recipe you can try:


  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups of Pepsi (or any cola soda)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: herbs and spices like thyme, rosemary, paprika, or chili flakes for added flavor


  1. In a large bowl, mix together the Pepsi, soy sauce, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and any optional herbs and spices.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in the marinade, making sure they are fully submerged. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or put the chicken and marinade in a zip-top plastic bag.
  3. Marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or ideally overnight, to allow the flavors to penetrate the meat.
  4. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove the chicken breasts from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
  6. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
