Friday Frenzy’s Featured Cass Clay Sour Cream Dill Dip

Creamy Dill Dip:


1 cup Cass Clay Sour Cream
2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste

In a bowl, combine Cass Clay Sour Cream, chopped fresh dill, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic.

Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.

Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the seasoning according to your preference.

Cover the bowl and refrigerate the sauce for at least 30 minutes before serving. This allows the flavors to meld and intensify.
