Here are a few ways you can fix up your home with a simple, affordable, grocery store purchase!
OUR FAMILY COLA EDITION
Scrubbing Pots and Pans
The phosphoric acid in Our Family Cola helps cut through grease. If your fried up a greasy meal in a pot or pan and are having trouble completely cleaning it with traditional hot water and soap, try letting the cookware soak in Our Family Cola. Place the pot or pan directly on a stovetop burner on low heat for half an hour while it soaks, then try cleaning it with soap and water again. Should clean up like a charm!
Removing Grease Stains From Clothes
Not only will Our Family Cola save you from greasiness in the kitchen it works for laundry too. You can use Our Family Cola to treat nasty grease stains on dark colored laundry, including jeans, shirts and linens (No we don’t judge you for spilling on your favorite blanket). Just pour a little soda on a fresh stain as an alternative to a spot remover, then wash your laundry as you normally would with warm water.
Cleaning the Toilet Bowl
It’s time to move into the bathroom, the worst room to clean. If you’re finding that regular toilet bowl cleaner just isn’t cutting it, pour about half the bottle of your Our Family Cola 2L into the toilet and let it sit for at least an hour. Then scrub the toilet bowl with a brush and watch the gunk go down the toilet.
Scrubbing Out the Tub
Your toilet is now sparkly clean, but you’re not done yet. Our Family Cola has one more use in the bathroom. If your porcelain tub is full of grime, mildew or even rust, Our Family Cola can help you get it looking brand new. While bleach is great for the mildew, it doesn’t have the same impact on rust that Our Family Cola does, whose phosphoric acid reacts with iron oxide and allows rust to dissolve. To clean your tub with cola, apply liberally with a sponge or wash cloth, focusing more on any rust spots. Let the cola sit for about an hour before taking that same sponge or wash cloth. Then its elbow grease time, scrub, scrub, scrub. Rinse away the cola with warm water from the showerhead. Tubs with particularly bad rust spots will need multiple treatments but will likely look much better than they started.
