Philly Cheesesteak Pizza





Serves 4 |
A delicious way to shake up pizza night.
Ingredients:
1 lb sirloin steak, sliced thin |
1/2 cup sliced bell peppers |
1/2 cup sliced onions |
1 prepared pizza crust |
1 cup pizza sauce |
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese |
Directions:
- Heat oven to 450° F.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place steak, peppers and onions to pan. Cook for about 2 minutes, until meat is no longer pink. Remove from skillet and place on paper towels.
- Place pizza crust on a baking sheet. Top with pizza sauce, cheese, and steak mixture. Place in oven and bake for 10 minutes, until cheese melts and crust warms through.
