Grilled Arm Steak

Serves 4 |
Marinated for incredible flavor.
|1/2 cup balsamic vinegar|
|1/4 cup olive oil|
|1/4 cup soy sauce|
|1/2 teaspoon onion powder|
|1/2 teaspoon garlic powder|
|1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper|
|2 lb boneless arm steak|
- Combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, soy sauce, onion powder, garlic powder and black pepper in a heavy-duty re-sealable plastic bag.
- Add steak to bag, seal shut then place bag in refrigerator overnight.
- When ready to cook, prepare grill for medium heat.
- Grill steak 10 minutes per side or until desired degree of doneness is reached.
