Grilled Arm Steak

Serves 4 | 

Marinated for incredible flavor.


1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 lb boneless arm steak


  1. Combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, soy sauce, onion powder, garlic powder and black pepper in a heavy-duty re-sealable plastic bag.
  2. Add steak to bag, seal shut then place bag in refrigerator overnight.
  3. When ready to cook, prepare grill for medium heat.
  4. Grill steak 10 minutes per side or until desired degree of doneness is reached.
