|1 bunch cilantro, washed and destemmed|
|1 small tomato, rough chopped|
|1/4 tsp fresh ginger, peeled and rough chopped|
|1/2 onion, yellow or sweet, rough chopped|
|1/4 tsp fresh lemon juice|
|1 Serrano pepper, seeded and rough chopped|
|1 tsp ground cumin|
|1/4 tsp sea salt|
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree. Serve over grilled lamb.
